This building owner has a tenant that owns a company that prints payroll checks. Water intrusion is unacceptable. U.S. Foam & Coatings, Inc installed a Spray Polyurethane Foam roofing system directly over the existing built up roofing system. The existing roof contained asbestos which was encapsulated with the Foam system, saving the owner over $750,000 in tear off costs.
